Country French

A traditional white bread. Available daily as a boule.

Chart House

A local favorite! Originating at the Chart House in Chester, CT this bread is made with brown sugar and molasses. Available daily as a boule.

Honey Wheat

This lightly sweetened whole wheat loaf is available daily as a boule.


Cheddar Bacon

A Pursuit of Pastry original. This white bread is loaded with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.

Salted Baguette

The bread that started it all. A classic baguette with a soft interior and a crisp outer crust topped with pink Himalayan sea salt.
