Chart House Squaw

A local favorite! Originating at the Chart House in Chester, CT this bread is made with brown sugar and molasses. Available as a boule, sandwich roll, or dinner roll.

Cheddar Bacon

A Pursuit of Pastry original. This white bread is loaded with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Available as a boule or sandwich roll.

Salted Baguette

The bread that started it all. A classic baguette with a soft interior and a crisp outer crust topped with pink Himalayan sea salt.
