Chocolate Drip Cake

Learn the magical trick of ganache drip and take home your own decorated 6" cake. Your choice of chocolate or vanilla cake. This workshop will also teach the basics of creating borders and writing in buttercream. Decorate a cake for your Valentine, or make a creation for yourself!

Cupcake Decorating

Bored of the usual cupcake decorations? Emily will show you how to ice a cupcake like a pro with a piping bag! She will teach three different flower making techniques: a rose, a hydrangea, and a daisy. You will leave class with 6 decorated cupcakes: 3 chocolate and 3 vanilla.

Breads: Baguette & Quick Bread

Have you ever wanted to learn to bake with yeast? You will learn to mix ingredients, proof, shape, score, and bake a baguette in this workshop. Additionally participants will make 2 mini blueberry loaves to bring home.

French Fruit Tart

Create and take home a 7" tart with a shortbread crust. Learn to make pastry cream, cut and prepare fruit, assemble, decorate, and glaze the final product to create the perfect tart!

Saturday, April 4

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Quiche

We will create (2) 6" quiche to take home. Learn to make pie crust, techniques for rolling it out, and crimping the edges for a finished look. Prepare the custard and filling ingredients to then bake.
